The Community Hope Center is located in Cottage Hills and offers assistance to those in need. Their vision is “to be a community overflowing with generosity and compassion, where everyone experiences wholeness and the sustaining hope of Jesus.”

Since 1988, staff and volunteers have worked to provide food, cleaning supplies, and clothing to area residents in need. CHC is unique in that they have set up a food market where guests can make their own food choices. The clothing area is set up in a shop-like fashion as well.

The Soup for the Soul Café provides fresh lunches of sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No appointment is needed.

Other programs at CHC include spiritual care, life coaching, a health clinic twice a month, Summer Kids Bible Club, and special treats at Christmas and Easter.

Volunteers and donations are always welcome. The Community Hope Center website is full of information on the programs they provide, how to receive assistance, and how to give help.
